A. was great and always perfectly on time. He waited for us when our plane was delayed getting into Goa. He was helpful when we arrived and suggested places to go. He was always available to speak to when we were there and drove us well.

The driver was waiting near the exit with a sign as agreed, helped carry the luggage, and reached the hotel without incident. The driver immediately knew where to go, without a navigator.
