The first time I ordered a transfer, I never regretted it. No need to run around looking for a taxi, you will be greeted with a sign with your name written on it. Our plane was delayed but the transfer met us anyway. They gave us an awesome car, with air conditioning. Great driver!

The driver was waiting for us in Colombo for more than an hour while we got a visa and went through passport control. He drove very gently and quickly, and then for another 2 hours he helped us check in, because the owner of the villa disappeared and in the middle of the night we found ourselves homeless.
